HGM, trust me nobody knows anything, this company has played it safe all of their existence and is their no reason any sane veteran here will think any differently, if IDCC all of a sudden decides to go for broke it will certainly be out of character for them

it is safe to say that 99 percent of any predictions here regarding the landmark cases of IDCC have been wrong, we have posters here who can dazzle you with all sorts of numbers figuring out how much is owed etc etc, and they come up way short everytime IDCC announces a settlement or resolution

the insiders continue to sell right before bad news, they sold right before nokia announced we were going to abitration and they sold right before nokia announced a 3g lawsuit, are they criminals? who knows, suddenly even the ones who would hold the insiders feet to the fire are silent, the main excuse they use is that Harry Goldberg was associated with the SEC in some fashion, like that means anything, anyway good luck, we will see if IDCC ever exceeds expectations, i doubt it

there is always something holding back the stock, first it was the ericy lawsuit, everybody here called for hundreds of millions, wasn't even close, they said that would clear the way for licenses, wrong again

then the nokia arbitration was supposed to be the end of it all, nah, nokia decides to sue for 3g patents, after that it will be another thing

hey why not sue IDCC, ericy did and all they had to pay was a pittance, that is what happens when you play it safe, you ultimately lose, whether in business, football, or life
