Such a tactic might get their attention in a way that the examiner doesn't seem to be doing (i.e, they could have settled prior to his appointment; and I have a sickening feeling that they're going to go toe to toe with the examiner, the way did in the Refco case).

As indicated on the Y board, we could now make the case that:
