I personally believe that there is some bad blood between BP and MOPN given the way Diamond bashed BP for not using his product almost 10 years ago in one of the first articles that was released when the spill started. Even in the most recent testimony some of the remarks are geared towards the fact that BP should have used MOP in the first place. It could be taken as an insult. I think this has been a turnoff for BP to use MOP. I mean how often does it happen that someone tells you to do something with a bad attitude and you don't simply to spite the advice. Just one of the many thoughts I have...
