im a little confused about this.. bp placed an order FOR MOP.. so i figure they might know a little bit about what it can do.. and then we see and article posted here yesterday about how BP has EXECS at this other companys place of business asking them what they could do to boost production? why is there such a disconnect.. i figure the placement of the order meant they KNEW..
