I have been trying to figure out who called the chambers meeting because I think its important.

It was said by someone that was at the hearing (I forget who) that Susman went up to Rosen before the meeting and asked Rosen 2 questions in which Rosen answered with a resentful NO and then making a facial expression to his colleages.

It may have been Susmans way of saying hey, I have some very incriminating information that you may want to discuss in chambers instead of open court. Rosen being the ass that he is said NO. Susman being a class act may have said, Are your sure you dont want to reconsider? I think its in your best interest? Again Rosen being an ass probably said NO. (the second no)

Maybe Susman sent a message to the judges chambers to tell the judge it is importand to review the sealed filing before court started for the benifit of all parties involved before it gets too ugly.

It was stated that what ever it was is good for equity Didnt hear much about the other parties. Seems these hearings are becoming more Debtors vs. Equity and not so much anyone else which is good imo.
This had to be something very important to postpone the ENTIRE hearing. There must of been at least a few things that could of went forward. (unless this was something big)
This is of course ALL speculation but my point is I think Susman is controling alot more than meets the eye from behind the scenes.
