I'm 100% confident that senior management would not allow any people liabilities to hinder a resolution with the SEC....it's way too important.

From my experience, most all start up (turn around for Sanswire) companies experience challenges in finding the right people to transition to a fully operational enterprise. Sanswire will work through the issues...like most other young companies.
