1.) I can't do this but can someone discover the regulations BEHL is faced with in California. I believe this has a lot to do with it.
2.)We might keep the lease to do the inside science which make sense having a large(I think)inside facility. Probably the last thing to move. Strains can be transported to new site for innoculation. Gives time to produce revenue and to see if the tech takes off enough to have the money to move the science. It looks like the crew to assemble and run the pbr are youthful and able to relocate quickly. So lg. pbr's in utah and 2 years of science in Santa Anna.
3.) distance for investors is no big deal because the science base in SA is local and one trip to utah is all they have to see when shit is rollin'. That 2 yr. lease gives them time to duplicate the location.
