I would like to open a discussion on the proposed change in location. I feel that was the most siqnificant part of the last PR. I know the focus has been on the PPS for the last couple of days, but I wouldn't dwell on it just yet--looks like we are headed back to low 5's.

Could we propse a list of possible explainations for the move?

Seems like there are pros and cons here as well:

Pros:
1. Cheaper land (I assume)
2. Cheaper rent of facility (I assume)
3. More room to expand?
4. Close proximity to several Native American reservations (which I think is a absolute brillant idea)
5.) Are we actually closer to our S. California farm?
6.) Closer to an airline that might want algae fuel?


Cons:
1.) Big cost in moving and setting up again!
2.) Relocation of staff?
3.) Furthur away from a buying community nationwide...access for people (and share holders) to come "check us out" is more difficult

One more question for the board. I do remember that we signed a 2-year lease on our facility at Santa Anna...will we stay until the lease is up...if not, why not?

I really wish the company would explain the reason behind this move or people going to assume the worse...which you never know may be the truth.
