sutra ... which really makes me think ... Though they wanna move HQ to Utah, do they actually have to physically move or can this be done thru state administration only and be called official by having some form of comp presence like establishing at least one PBR farm over there which would make them eligible for all the goodies ?

Calif regulations are probably the worst in the country for business right now. Tax is stupidly high and insurance is also. On top of that the EPA standards are out of control.

I am willing to bet that since they built the PBR right next to the wash that they had to jump through some hoops to be OK. All those washes lead to the ocean so business next to them can have to comply with separate rules concerning the wash.

Land is not cheap unless it is far away from cities.

Utah is extremely business friendly and a very "green" state. I am sure they have environmental incentives and state funds available for green tec. I am looking this up right now and if I find something I will post it.

I think they will keep the HQ till lease ends and use the site for research and development IMO
