I DO NOT EXPECT anything to change in the management style we have seen since mid DEC.....very few PR's and certainly not predictable with respect to securing a stable biz environment,

I'm guessing you knew Paul tried his best to take 'care of business' for around 60 days before throwing his hands up and filing the complaint. And I guess he had wrongly figured he could've worked it out but that his continuous attemps during that period, failed. Maybe he should've gone ahead with the complaint before taking so much time beating his head against the wall.

He did post PR news saying that he had made all attempts at persuading SL but had failed. After that, there was step by step news, going from one court to anther, changes in lawyers and so forth. I believe his lawyers gagged him to some extent because there were some things he could not say.

I do agree this is cotton pickin' frustrating, but I hope to see some resolution next week. I really, really want this to end so we can go forward.
