It's EXPECTATIONS,and how you manage them.....
HERE IS HOW I SAW this stock and the agreement predicament since mid Feb, reinforced by what occurred in early March.
I DO NOT EXPECT FOR THIS INVESTMENT TO MAKE ME ANYTHING LESS THAN FRUSTRATED if I EXPECT to make up my losses, therefore I have MENTALLY written this investment OFF
I DO NOT EXPECT anything to change in the management style we have seen since mid DEC.....very few PR's and certainly not predictable with respect to securing a stable biz environment,
TOO many management loopholes have opened for this to be a "MIRACLE" device that was "lasso-ed" by PL, he just hasn't executed with a high level of professional results(SL should have been "test closed" 3-4 times prior to APA, and those "closes" would have fleshed out problems--BEFORE--they became a lawsuit.
MEDIOCRE decisions lead to mediocre results, and a whole bushel full of mediocre decisions fall in SLee's lap as well, BUT he's not XTEND, PL is.
I DO NOT EXPECT SLEE to ever be involved past this lawsuit, that would be a hugely MEDIOCRE decision to agree to
I DO NOT expect the stock to perform miracles, if we have an industry changing device, PL better find additional executives to run the show......the stock(and BioH itself) will never "run" to its capable highs with the track record we've seen.***THIS IS WHAT IS KNOWN AS A "no confidence" vote by your BODirectors(us shareholders in this case), sort of like moving your "once GREAT", but now "losing" COACH to GM ala Parcells/Isiah Thomas/Pat Riley when things dont go right in the publics eye...someone else has to run the show to get back on track.***
I DO NOT EXPECT XTEND to have control of the BioH if it truly is THE device I think IT CAN BE, therefore, I expect for our MEDIOCRE performing stock to be eventually BOUGHT OUT if lawsuit is decided in our favor and PL continues down his marketing timeline, BUY OUT will happen after first sales are announced(stock will rise enthusiastically & accordingly after these milestones occur, but STILL held back if PL is at helm)
I DO NOT EXPECT NADINE to be the TRUE VOICE of XTEND, therefore what we get from her is "insider rumours" I like it when ONE person calls and gets answers--ONE.....6 or 7 calls just have the affect of "carpet bombing" the receptionist--never good
I DO NOT EXPECT to be HAPPY with the lawsuit answers, too much mediocrity involved, I do know that the agreement document(if we have accessed it in its entirety) is AIRTIGHT, but I'm just managing expectations
I DO NOT EXPECT nvycmdr to give me Level 2's, but I greatly appreciate when he does
I DO NOT EXPECT anything to happen, when/if SL ventures back into the USA, EXCEPT for BUBBA to track him down and do what BUBBA should do to make himself happy, patience on his part should be rewarded>>>>>>>>>>LOL to all
