The breakup of the Big 12 and why don't they pay college players

College sports are now 100% officially all about money. Can anyone make an argument for not paying the "students" as a work study type program when they are playing for multimillionaire coaches?

A big Florida Gator Football fan. However, I would like to see college sports in it's purest form. I enjoyed the Gators as much when they were 2 and 8 as when they have won national championships. It was all about a team giving 100% win or lose.
