Bill D; I hate to blunt your enthusiasm but - until today - none of IDCC's 3G patents have been challenged in the US courts.

As we know to our costs, the 2G patents didn't live up to their management billing (see MOT and E for reference). IMO, it's too early to say about 3G.

Like many, I felt IDCC's 3G IPR was validated when Nokia licensed. But, today is a 3G tsunami; everything's changed. And oh, BTW, Ericsson and S/E still haven't signed for 3G. JK
