how 'bout a refund from the inept paper pushers that did nothing for the estate except line their pockets and fleece wmi's! i think judge sees they did nothing in the valuation department. nothing they are willing to divuldge. so if they wont come across with the docs....doc the payments by the estate to them and get the examiner...or at least threaten to get one to force their hand. i think that is what judge is thinking. has anyone else wondered why the judge is a little more forceful in her handling of rosen? i am. and my opinion is that susman is fully aware of the fraud allowed in this case and the judge allowing it to take place and also allowing the billing to go along with it. susman is a stickler for honest pay for honest work. and i think susman, in his forceful submissions, has pointed out the lame game played out in her court by rosen to fleece and delay the outcome of the estate is also a travesty of justice. her JOB is to keep costs low to protect the integrity of the estate. she has not done that. i feel she has been "awakened" and has been startled by susman. bk court is 18 months in delaware. we have surpassed that and still no valuation to judge. unacceptable! and susman knows it. i think judge is nervous about the fact she dropped the ball and is coming down harder on rosen now. because now susman is puting pressure on her to make things happen. jmo
