Good stuff shappy. Wonder what the hold up is as far as getting a contract signed and the equipment in place.

BP has been dragging their feet on a lot of stuff.

Maybe if this Top Kill thing works they can begin to concentrate more on remediation.

The problem is too big to concentrate on "one thing at a time."
