(OTCBB: ESPH), a diversified water engineering and services company, announces today that it has signed a Master Service Agreement with Houston based BP America Production Company to provide environmental water recycling services.
The Master Services Agreement calls for Ecosphere Energy Services to provide its Ecosphere Ozonix, EcosFrac, and EcosBrine equipment and personnel to BP for its North America Gas operations.
