Company business, price earnings, all determine the PPS. Market makers main job is to obtain a orderly flow of buy to sell orders. MM due have stock on hand for this reason, but company revenues and earnings determine the price of stock. Once "IWEB" has a P/E, look out. Earnings is the name of the game and always will be!!
