While fundamentally, you are correct, when it comes to days like today and the past week where there are no news, MMs will have a field day taking it up ten cents and down 10 cents. Most folks will just ride this out, but MMs realize this is a 30% or more gain for them on a penny, as is the case here. If anyone (especially in pennies) think that only company fundamentals determine a price, then once again, a nice, but unrealistic thought. Why do some companies in each sector trade at 3 times earnings while others in the exact same sector trade at 10 times earnings. No one can explain this, even the best analyst, it is often just assocaited with the potential and even more simply, investors are willing to pay for it. This is in a normal security. In penny land, the rules are bent to extremes and often lead to much more volatility...when a security gets to light volume, the MMs will move the stock internally to try to get volume into the security. Unfortunately too many folks think that just investors are determining action. To take a view point is to ignore a very large entity, often at their own peril....
