What would you expect him to say if he didn't know? You also conveniently failed to pull up some of my posts where I clearly stated that after talking to numerous people from STP, that I thought STP had no clue what was found in the JDZ. We have now been told in no uncertain terms that oil was not found, so apparently Prazeras was wrong. Maybe they found some indications of oil in the form of thermogenic gas but even that is not certain.

So what you are saying is that no direct separate negotiations can take place until after September and then only if no other bids were received on a given block. That certainly isn't a revelation or very encouraging.
