Wasn't this your quote from your talk with Prazeres?? Was he lying to you or did ERHC lie?


I believe he (Prazeres) obtained that information directly from the JDA/JMC in the first part of December. The lid was clamped down tightly following that leak??



P.S. Direct negotiations CAN'T happen unless there is no interest in the block. Even then....they have to solicit interest for a period of 15 days before direct negotiations can be conclusive.
