Mid- I think we were given correct information from Prazeres! I also believe the Total involvement changed the playing field and secrecy became the motive for all involved until the Total picture is complete. I also believe that it can happen at any moment!

I would expect him to say he didn't know. Why lie that oil was found if it wasn't? He very specifically told you face to face that they found oil (per your post).
I'm not so sure he would blatantly lie about that?? It kinda heads up his major role in the countries petroleum business.
On the other hand....ERHC tells us no oil was found, biogenic gas was found. Then they fail to include this information in their legal filing (biogenic gas).
What was your thought on Prazeres when he told you face to face they found oil?? Bluffing you?? Guessing that information??
