I remember some years ago posting an HCCA news release on the SI MYNG thread along with some ridiculous mocking comments....a few people tried to TOS me for the post.

The TOS reports resulted in a PM from one of the then owners of SI basically telling me that he thought HCCA was ignored by the SEC because they probably thought that no one in their right mind could believe those news releases, and if they did, they deserved to lose their money...so the SEC concentrates on more sophisticated crud....or words to that effect.
