From what I have seen, Shaun probably knows enough about Roger to send him packing off to jail. You might have something here. Maybe Roger is trying to sabotage the company so that Shaun can't raise enough money to prosecute him.

To be honest, that may not be too much of a stretch, but these are all just conspiracy theories at this point. IMO
