Roger, Shaun and his girlfriend! My bet, Roger duplicate a share certificate with a phoney one! He then deposited it with a brokerage firm into his trading account! His signature confirmed on the fake certificate! Roger is now selling those shares and Shaun is looking the other way cause he can't prove it! I bet you there is about 100,000,000 million shares to go through, all profits going to Roger! Sure would explain why there is an endless supply of stock!
