i understand your position and technically you are 'right'. It's not a 'done deal'
until the public announcement comes out.

Having said the above, it is human nature for people to operate on 'different
realities'. For example, two people can look at the same abstract painting but
interpret it (and react therefrom) differently. One can apply this example to
other types of realities.

So, although both of us agree on the general outlook vis-a-vis Wave, you analyze
the landscape with more scrutiny and rigor. Let me just leave it at that.

Now, as for investing I do believe in leap taking, so to speak, especially when it
comes to small caps or venture capital stocks. Investors can wait for the "public
announcement" and then invest with more certainty. Unfortunately, by the time
the public statement is issued the share price has certainly gone up a good bit
and the ROI commensurately decreases. Less risk but less reward potential.

Leap taking is a natural part of the stock investment process. Some investors are
more willing 'leap takers' than others. Certain companies are better 'bets' when it
comes to leap taking than other companies. But, in the end, one inherently takes
a 'leap' when investing in a stock no matter the degree of information available.

Regarding the HP/Wave relationship, keep in mind that the senior staff that I refer
to are all senior sales or marketing people, not engineers or technical staff. I am
sure that more engineering is taking place in order to get the house in order for
the eventual takeoff. Lawyers are still involved (unfortunately) as well in all likelihood.
But, I believe the HP/Wave relationship has been solidified to the degree that Wave
is willing to invest very significant resources in sales/marketing staff. Is it a done
deal? No. Is it a leap? Yes. But, I frankly believe it is NOT a very big leap. And, in the
final analysis, it is a leap I am willing to take in order to gain a much higher reward.

But, I understand and respect your opinion
