P&F: OK, I can follow your reasoning regarding the HP sales managers on the Wave staff, but you're still making a leap. The facts support what Wave/SKS has already told us, paraphrased: "We're selling with HP and we're working on getting to the point where we're in the box with HP like we are with Dell," and the crystal-clear corollary is, "But we're not there yet!" And as long as we're not there yet, there is definitely no guarantee we'll get there.
There is ample evidence that SKS's hopes--even convictions (need I mention the historic, regrettable "business in hand" comment)--can get way out in front of reality. Based on this, I will not yield the present known and public reality to his or your convictions that us having an agreement to be in the box with HP is already a done deal. It is not, not yet. We all want it to be, but it is not yet. There is likely engineering still to be done by Wave that must meet HP's approval. Doable but not done. Critically, there are likely still contractual parameters to be ironed out and agreed upon.
HP has seemed to be a close partner before, in technology and in business, but that didn't turn out so well, not fruitfully. HP went away. Getting over the hump with HP will likely by the most significant and confirming milestone that Wave has arrived as a viable long-term business entity. I believe Wave already is, but belief is still be borne out by facts: publicly announced revenue-generating contracts. That's what the investor-community and I are looking for. That's what will make me rich.
