i dont know,but what i do know is the company has established a trend on not coming thru,the constant delays etc.perhaps the thinking is one last effort to convince shareholders that the company is on the up and up and the recent announcements will drive the pps,but once they (if)post the audit numbers it will be dismall at best.i mean for all the talk of richwoods,what did they say they got 480,000.what about the tools?unless they surprise with outstanding numbers,which i believe thats what it will take,because the posting of paltry numbers in the eyes of shareholders that have witnessed the carrot dangling will move on in masses this time.
