So why would they buy the rights IOVE ($150k investment) and then switch their name to ACDU? That run to .02 was while they were IOVE right?

Why would they pay a CPA registered with PCAOB to audit all their back years and bring them up to date? I've heard that could cost in the $20k range. We've confirmed with the accountant that the audits will definitely be filed. Call for yourself his number is in the IBOX.


Why go through all this? If you can give me hard facts on why then I'm all ears..........
