Who are the informed on this stock? As to ERHC matters, EO. As to drilling, SNP, and neither are talking so there are no informed sources. Surely nothing for an institutional investor to use as a reason to purchase.

Why buy now? There is still risk and it doesn't look like you will lose much by waiting so why put your money at risk now? Wait til at least Sept or until some positive news comes about and you may miss out on a little profit but you have negated all the risk. That is what I would do if I hadn't already committed my funds.
