It seems everyone is blaming mangement, flippers, traders and the ill-informed for this decrease in stock price.

Why don't you keep things simple. I would be more interested in why the investers and the informed AREN'T buying this stock? This would solve the problem of a continually decreasing stock price. Are they just waiting for a lower price? This is the questioin that has to be addressed.
