Zilla ,I believe with Susman&Godfrey at the helm that Rosen can try his scare tactics all he wants, but this time they will not go unanswered like we seen in March with a bogus POR to leave equity out of the money.. We finally after 19 months have an advocate that is hard nose and is not intimidated by a big NY City law firm. Mr.Susman wants to get the true valuation of WAMU by having an examiner enter the picture and really find out the value( not the 1.8 bil JPM paided).I believe what Rosen has been spewing in court that equity is out of the money that once the real valuation becomes public this will not bode well for Rosen and his reputation thats why i feel settlement is not to far down the road.IMHO.
