Just a simple question????????

Today's release indicates that the 26M shares are being held by GTEL until registration is complete. I thought that the last 'clarification' release from GTEL indicated that the shares were in the hands of Sanswire (or its transfer agent).
Perhaps not a big deal, but, just color me 'confused again'. Rich
