The board of directors are liable and that is a very good reason to hand it over for nothing. No Way we will go after them and root them out. Jail time and take all there assets away. Let them go out and find a real job makeing license plates in the pen for a nickle an hour. Hard Labor nothing less. Put them in the same cell as Madeoff lets see whos going to be the bunny rabit.
