Rosen had the ridiculous idea that JPM FDIC and WMI had an agreement and he even called it a "settlement" in court. That was completely incorrect. There is, and was, and will be, no settlement without the EC. That's the bottom line. Anyone who is saying there is a settlement is wrong until the EC and the judge agree. The proposed agreement isn't even ready and Rosen said 2 months ago he expected to have one. He has made a mockery of the court, imho.
