Zen - What makes the signing of the contract with Dell a material event if there are no contracts already signed that will deliver big money? We have signed hundreds of contracts with companies in our long history and have never filed an 8k I believe. That is because we could never be sure that the signed contract would produce material revenue. So why does the contract with Dell fall into that department then when all the other ones haven't? Could it be because there are already design wins such as the Philips deal? The 8k only states that the actual relationship with Dell will end up delivering material revenue. Once Wave has announced the deal with Dell, it is not required to file an 8k for every win that Dell receives. That would be Dell's responsibility.
