Not questioning you at all here Millstone - great that you were able to get that information, but must admit, I'm shocked their accounting firm would answer any question or give you any information about their audit report. Not very professional at all in my opinion. I spent a few years with E&Y and it would have never crossed my mind to answer any questions regarding one of my clients like that.
