Hi gpg - Of course my questions were straightforward and did not cross any ethical lines, and neither did the accounting firm. I asked if they new whether JADA was going to file their 10K by the extended deadline, and they responded that the firm had completed the audit of the financials and provided them to Jade Art. In one sense, as a public company auditor, I find it to be most ethical that the auditor can answer a public shareholder question readily.
