Talked to the Auditor for JADA

I spoke with Davis Accounting Group, Jade Art's auditor, this afternoon, to see if I could find out the status of the 10-K filing. The accountants have delivered the required audited yearly financials to Jade Art, and what Jade Art needs to do now is incorporate the numbers into the 10-K and file that sucker. Hopefully they have been burning the candle to prepare the Managements Discussion section etc. and they will get the 10-K over to the sec by tomorrow. Now, if JADA doesn't make the filing deadline, as many know, they'll get an E at the end of their symbol (JADAE) and will be given 30 more days to file. When they do file, the E will come off and it will be back to normal.

I see this as very good news, as it shows that they are working behind the scenes to deliver the report. It is early morning in China right now, so they still have some time to get that filing in.
