This is way the pps fell from .04

LCRE RS'd into FCLE. FCLE owed Cornell (YA Global) a million bucks at the time. After the RS Mr. Morris was given 6mos to raise his capital. He was assured he would be able to raise $7M and that would of taken care of FCLE's old debt. During that 6mos there was NO dilution selling. Thats how the pps was easily moved to .04 from a 1/10th of a penny!

Well the investors never materialized and when the 6Mos period elapsed Morris had to pay Cornell in stock. That was over a year ago now. So Cornell must be OUT now. I love to hear from the horses mouth the Cornell is out of the picture for good and FOREVER. That info will move the pps, I guarantee it!
