My hope is that this US trustee on behalf of DOJ is not just reviewing this case with blinders on, and ear plug. Brian Rosen has milked this case long enough – IMO our judge can see this.

Has his fiduciary duties been aligned with Washington Mutual – NO!
If it was he would go after all the value for all equity holders.

Does his firm New York law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, with 1,200 lawyers
Have an interest in JPMorgan - yes as they are one of their many clients.
Does this not show a little conflict of interest, YES!

What WMI needs is one council the EC to represent them not two with the one “Rosen” trying to work both sides of the table.

I wish the EC would also bring up this conflict question with the judge.
