One thought though... Brian Rosen has milked this case for money to himself period. He gets paid by the hour. He has fulfilled his obligation to the "creditors" who are the one's that hired him. I personally want to pound him and think he should rot in hell but I am just setting the record straight..... How does it take 18 months of billing to come up with a shitty POR and settlement like the one he presented AND that favors J.P. Morgan and FDIC who are Wamu's two biggest adversaries in this case. Amazing isn't it??
