I saw on another board where that patent pertection has been aplied for in 81 countries and being a patent holder my self I found the ap for the us patent office filed in 09 refrencing the same one being filed in Korea in 06. It takes about 3yrs in the us for one to go through so maybe Sam waitesd for the Korean one to go through before filing in th us and then every where else. I think the device is more than likely legit but what happend between Sam and Paul who knows may never. If this completly tanks those of you who can afford tissue are lucky I will just have to use the front of my shirt HA!!
