Guys and dolls the more I think about it, this is looking more and more like a setup. Think about this for a moment if you will and this is just one possible scenario.

First you introduce this ridiculous POR into the court and read it publicly thus tanking the stock. Next you allow the EC into the negotiations, why no fight? To raise the PPS, possibly? So everyone is trained that the PPS goes up before the Omnibus and collapses when Rosen gets up to speak. Ok so now we are trained and the game must change. What if they actually put in an offer where the commons actually see something? What is that going to do to the Market? This is what I am looking for if they do just that. A rapid sell-off just before Rosen speaks. This will continue until he says the commons will see something. This will give all their buddies time to collect at a ridiculously low price and benefit from the recovery almost instantly. Thing is if they do this right it could be good for another couple of go-arounds.
