VOIP Question –

In a Voice Over Internet Protocol environment, will Telecom Operators switch from billing MINUTES to billing PACKETS of information sent and received? The number of minutes connected in an “Always On” system becomes meaningless. Businesses may not all be willing to pay for time but they will be willing to pay for information. All the experts are predicting that voice will be the “killer app”. I believe the economics of delivering data will rule.
