WMI doesn't like the idea of parting with $ when they did nothing illegal to be seized. Well... tell that to the FDIC.

WAMUQ stock holders are invested and were invested.

Stick to the point here and compensate the equity with the liquidated assets or stay in business and allow the stock to rebound. Which is it going to be: sell out on decent terms or reorganization?

This is IT, in a nutshell. Diversions are not going to help settle this, imho.
