October was $3 Million

January was $3 - $4 Million (meaning the value grew)

The acquisition of Texas Mobile Health is progressing and now pends final documentation for completion. The acquisition is expected to add approximately $3-4 million in gross revenue per year

And March was a conservative $2 Million. This is an indication the value decreased. In dollar value the difference between $2 Million and $4 Million may not sound like much but it is a delta of 50%. And when you look at the revenues reported by BEDA (unaudited) it is substantial.

Would you question a PR by Company XYZ that priced a deal once at $100 Billion at first and as it got closer to closing had defined it as $50 Billion? If so, why not question it here.

Why can't BEDA stick to a value for this acquisition? Yes $4 Million is greater than $2 Million so technically they are covered but so is $100 Million and does anybody here value this at $100 Million?
