Hi Bigasscaddy,
Same thing happened to my shares in my T. Rowe Price account. They did this to me three times and each time all I had to do was call them and tell them how VLNT is STILL trading and I would like to see my shares back in my account. They agreed with me and put them right back ina few days. They never gave me any line about transfer agents etc. either. I've seen a couple other people like you telling the same story. Don't let them off the hook and be persistent. Good luck.
