I need help with Scottrade... I used to hold 1.4 million shares of vlnt..
They took all the vlnt shares out of my account in December because there was no transfer agent and I am having trouble insising they put them back. They do show that Scottrade will allow you to sell the stocks but not buy.

Help? How can I escalate this further and insist they put them back into my account?
