I do agree that whatever the problem in Sask is, they were in the wrong. I never said this company was perfect. It has done a number of things wrong, but that is part of growing. I am willing to accept these flaws as long as they fix the problems and I truly believe they are doing so. We all know Urbie isn't exactly Donald Trump here. He is not your average looking or acting business man. So he could've done something wrong before, but it was not intentional or done to hurt people or someone's finances. I know you bashers are going to cut and paste little parts of that, but the "real" people out there know what I am saying. Urbie and this company are not perfect and they can be wrong, but they are fixing there errors and moving on to create an succesful company. That is all I ask. That they make the effort to make us all money. If they do not have diamonds then they do not have diamonds, but they sure are setting themselves in the right place at the right time and purchasing other mineral rights and gold mines shows even more how dedicated they are to providing shareholder value. I know the ultimate and usualy only goal of investing is to make money and that is the bottom line, but there is a team of people here working extremely hard to get us that money. Sometimes things are out of your control and even though I won't be happy if I lose all my money, that is part of life. My point is that the problems that Urbie and CMKX are in can be fixed and the company can move forward. It is not like the company is being forced into bankruptcy and that is the only way out of this. They can pay the fines, sign the legal documents and provide the numbers and then this will be done and we can move on. This will all happen soon enough and I can't wait till it does and all you constantly negative posters move on. I have a very strong feeling that by this time next year you will have invested more money into CMKX and be talking about how you made a good chunk of cash from your investment. Until then, I will sit and wait and enjoy the show. Lata Jim
