Whoa, where did you get this idea? Although you do realize that even by mistakenly saying until they pay their fines, you are admitting they did wrong, right?

Here's reality as far as Saskabush I do believe, although I should note that the poster hasn't addressed the bit that concerns the SFSC " as well as news releases they have issued about their operations."

SFSC Order against CMKM, et al.
Below is my completed review of the Sask. issue.
Here is what the order states has occured:
(1) The parties mentioned in the order were involved in the trading of company stock in Saskatchewan (2) They did so without being registered with the SFSC (3) They did so without receiving a receipt (of registration) from the SFSC (4) They did so without having ever received exemption from registering (5) It is misleading to trade securities in Saskatchewan without being registered to do so
Here is what the SFSC orders:
(1) The company must cease trading in Saskatchewan until it registers
Here are the registration requirements:
(1) A completed Form 3, Registration Application (2) A registration fee of $300 - $700 (3) A surety bond of $10,000 - $35,000 (4) A prospectus, including financial statements (5) The affirmations and signatures of all directors (6) The affirmation and signature of an auditor
